“Believe in your dreams and Nurture Relations”

This was the piece of advice from Bertrand GUILLEMIN, one of the four French globetrotters on cycle. He was here at Education Campus-Chnaga, sharing his ideas with the students and faculties. Along with him are three TEAM Members namely Thomas CHAMBARD, Guillaume PIARD, Arnaud DUPRE, Henri SCHUTZ. They have started off on their mission from the city of Jura in France on September 9; 2007.They have crossed 15 countries of Europe and Asia and reached India after traveling 8000 kilometers on their cycles. They had learned a lot from local cultures of Switzerland, Austria, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates. Because of political instability in Pakistan they traveled by Air from Dubai to Mumbai. Presently they are passing through India and Nepal in their last leg of journey which will conclude at Shanghai in China.“Believe in your dreams and Nurture Relations”

From South Gujarat they entered into the Anand district and came to Education Campus-Changa for a day. They visited all the institutes on the campus and were happy to see such a Hi-profile campus providing professional education of global standards at the doorsteps of rural Indai. They interacted with students of ECC at length. Students were inquisitive and asked pertinent questions and debated the problem of global warming, it’s effects and who shares greater responsibility for it. The so called first world or developed countries or third world or underdeveloped countries?

The Four Cyclists from France propagated the cause of ecology and its preservation. They too are students and have a life long learning aptitude which makes them to travel extensively on cycle and get first hand knowledge regarding the living conditions about the common people all over the world, their cultures, traditions, etc.

They also inspired the youth to take challenges of time and come up victoriously. Take on every situation with courage and indomitable will which will create ways everywhere!

They will accomplish their 15,000 kilometer journey on cycle within few months.
